Two all plant patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions, stacked between a three-part sesame seed bun.

  • 2 Freshiez Burger Patties
  • 2 Sesame Seed Burger Buns
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 8 Dill Pickle Chips
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 slice Vegan American Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Ingredients for Special Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tsp White Distilled Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dehydrated Onions
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder


  • Finely dice onion, then set aside
  • Cut lettuce into thin ribbons, then set aside
  • Combine ketchup, mayo, relish, vinegar, dehydrated onions and onion powder, then mix with a spoon 
  • Warm oil in skillet over medium/high heat, add burger patties and cook until crisp and browned really well on both sides (3-5 minutes per side depending on heat setting and depending if your patty is thawed or frozen)
  • To assemble your Big Mac, take the bottom bun and spread special sauce on it, then add shredded lettuce, finely diced onion, 1 slice of cheese & 1 burger patty
  • Then spread special sauce on your second “bottom” bun and stack it on top of what you just assembled. Repeat the same steps as before, but add pickles instead of cheese & special sauce on the top bun before placing the top bun on the burger
